Golf Trips to Egypt – Golf on the Red Sea

Golf in Egypt: Soma Bay, El Gouna, and Makadi on the Red Sea

Egypt and golf may sound like an unusual combination. But the Red Sea has surprised many of our guests with championship courses, five-star Resorts, and world-class beaches.

When it’s 15°C in Belek and raining in the Algarve, it’s 20–25°C and sunny on the Red Sea. That makes Egypt one of the warmest golf destinations you can reach by direct flight from Copenhagen. Verti Golf Tours offers golf trips to Egypt that include airfare, 7 nights, and 5 rounds of golf starting at 12,295 DKK.

Why go on a golf trip to Egypt?

Winter Warmth: From November through March, Egypt is warmer than Spain, Portugal, and Turkey. You can play in a T-shirt while the rest of Europe is in the middle of winter.

Value for money: Five-star resorts with spas, multiple restaurants, and their own golf courses. You get a level of luxury that costs significantly more in Europe.

Snorkeling and diving: The Red Sea is home to some of the world’s best coral reefs. You can play 18 holes in the morning and snorkel among colorful fish in the afternoon.

Championship Courses: Gary Player, Fred Couples, and Gene Bates have designed courses along the Red Sea.
