Golf courses
The Championship course consists of 27 holes. Designed by Ryder Cup star and winning captain, Jose María Olazabal, the layout is a popular choice for national and international amateur tournaments as well as hosting a European Tour qualifying event. The full length of the track measures 6,035 meters. Some holes run along the spectacular Atlantic coastline, while others stretch through lush parkland, creating an interesting variety and making Costa Ballena a highly entertaining course.
Par-3 Course and Practice Facilities:
Costa Ballena also has a very good par-3 course with holes up to 183 meters, making it definitely not an easy challenge. The facility’s excellent practice facilities and driving range make it an ideal place for golfers of all levels. The resort is also home to the Scott Cranfield Golf Academy.
