The foundations of the golf course are impressive; Mackenzie Ross, the man behind the restoration of Turnberry’s Ailsa Course to its former glory, designed a nine-hole course for Vidago in 1934. These building blocks were the inspiration for the course in its current form, a championship standard par-72 course.
The transformation was carried out by the Cameron & Powell agency and it meets USGA specifications ensuring impeccable condition.
